Sr. Shiny Vincent is a dedicated Ph.D. scholar in Medical Microbiology, deeply passionate about research spanning rural public health, mental health, and environmental conservation.
She serves as Lab In-charge at Leonard Hospital (NABH-accredited) and teaches at Claudine College of Nursing. Recognized for her academic excellence with a Gold Medal from Sri Ramachandra University, she has been a member of CHAT for 10 years before assuming the Presidency in 2024.

Senior Management Team
The Senior Management Team (SMT) is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities, including programs, finance, communications, and fundraising. The Director reports to the Governing Body and represents the SMT.
CHAT has 9 efficient and dedicated staff and more than 50 volunteers who implement sustainable development programs across Tamil Nadu.
